1. Target Market and Shipping Area
Currently, we exclusively serve and ship to customers located within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the United States at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
* Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped to the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden fees, and no shipping taxes calculated at checkout.
3. Order Processing and Transit Time
All delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Handling Time (Processing Time): 1 to 3 business days. This includes order verification, quality checking, packaging, and sorting.
Transit Time (Shipping Time): 7 to 13 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 business days from the moment your order is placed.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our shipping carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or DHL), you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your journey. You can monitor your package directly on our website or via the carrier portal.
5. Damages and Missing Packages
Dailra is liable for products damaged or lost during transit.
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos, and contact our support team immediately at care@dailra.shop.
If your tracking status shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors or local postal office before contacting us.
