At Dailra, customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a transparent, stress-free 30-Day Free Return Policy for our customers in the United States.

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Any return requests submitted after the 30-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a successful return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, boxes, and user manuals.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Dailra order number and order confirmation email).

3. Free Returns (No Restocking Fees)
 Return Shipping Cost: Free. Dailra will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email once your return is approved.
 Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge any restocking fees or administrative fees for returns.

4. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer support team at care@dailra.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to drop off your package. 
Note: Please do not mail items back to our corporate registered office or the manufacturing plant without an authorized return label from our team, as they cannot be accepted there.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at care@dailra.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a free replacement or processing an immediate refund.

6. Refund Process and Timeline (Within 10 Days)
 Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund is approved.
Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The full purchase amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method.
 Processing Time: Refunds will be completed within 10 days of receiving your returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 2-3 business days to post the transaction.
